Pista qulfi



Pista qulfi
Ingredients:
Milk ½ liter
Khoya ¼ kg
Vanilla custard powder 2 tbsp
Sugar ½ cup
Pistachio 100 gm
Gelatin powder 1 tbsp
Green food color pinch
Cream 250 gm









Method:
Boil ½ liter milk and add 2 tbsp custard powder and ½ cup sugar and the cook it. When the batter gets thick add 100 gm pistachio, ¼ kg khoya, 250 gm cream, 1 pinch of green color, 1 tbsp gelatin powder, leave it cool. Then put this batter in qlfi boxes and freeze it for 2 hours
