  • 1 liter Milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup boiled siwaayan
  • 4 tbsp qarshi jame shireen
  • 4 tbsp chopped almonds
  • Ice as required
  • Cream for topping

Milk                               1 glass
Pineapple rings             2 slices
Tinned apricots            2-3
Honey                           3tbsp

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar (can reduce to 3/4 cup)
1 cup water (for the syrup)
1 cup lemon juice 
3 to 4 cups cold water (to dilute)

Recipe Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of cold coffee
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp chocolate caramel syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup crushed ice
