Unfried Dahi Baday




 Recipe Ingredients

  • Brown bread  4 slice
  • Low fat yogurt  1 kg
  • Cumin 1 tsp roasted grinded
  • Chili powder  ½ tsp
  • Fresh Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Black salt ½ tsp
  • Salt ¾ tsp          

Ingredient for chutni:
  • Khatai powder 1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 3 tbsp
  • Chili powder  ½ tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • All spice powder ¼ tsp

Recipe Method

  1. Whipped yogurt mix all spices and fresh coriander
  2. Cuts sides for bread and arrange in a shallow dish pour the yogurt mixture on top to cover completely
  3. Sprinkle with chili powder, roasted cumin powder, spread with prepared chutni, and garnish with coriander leaves. serve cold
