Kesari Qulcha



 Recipe Ingredients

2 cup Flour
1 tsp Instant yeast
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Saffron
4 tbsp Yogurt
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Hot milk
as required Lukewarm water  

Recipe Method

Mix 1/2 tsp saffron in 2 tbsp milk. In a bowl add 2 cups flour, 4 tbsp yogurt, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp yeast, saffron milk mixture and knead to medium soft dough with lukewarm water as required. Leave it to rise for 1 hour. Make into balls, roll and deep fry.
