Rubbri Falooda



 Recipe Ingredients

  • Milk                                                                             4 cups
  • Khoya                                                                          1 cup
  • Pistachio sliced                                                           2 tbsp
  • Sugar                                                                           2 tbsp
  • Green cardamom grinded                                          ½ tsp
  • Readymade rubri                                                        ½ cup
  • Falooda noodles                                                          2 cups boiled for 5 minutes
  • Rose syrup                                                                   4 tbsp
  • Crushed ice
  • Tuk malanga seeds                                                     2 tbsp soaked in water

  • Strawberry ice cream as required
  •       

Recipe Method

  1. Method for rubbri
  2. Boil milk add Khoya and sugar simmer for 30 minutes scrapping the sides till half left, remove from fire add chopped pistachio, green cardamom powder and prepared rubri, keep aside.
  3. To serve
  4. Take a tall glass put half cup prepared rubri, top with crushed ice, boiled falooda noodles, scoop of ice-cream, 2 tbsp rose syrup and tuk malanga seeds, stir gently and serve immediately
