Recipe Ingredients
6-8 Under cut beef
4 Lemon
1 tbsp Ginger paste
1/2 tbsp Corn flour
3 tbsp Soya sauce
3 tbsp White vinegar
4 tbsp Crushed black pepper
as required Oil
to taste Salt
Recipe Method
Flatten the undercut beef with a meat mallet and marinate it
with 1 tbsp ginger paste, the juice of 4 lemons, 4 tbsp of black pepper
crushed, 3 tbsp of soya sauce, 3 tbsp of white vinegar, 1/2 tbsp of corn
flour and salt to taste. Leave the beef for marination for half an
hour. Heat a grill pan brush the beef with oil and grill both the sides
until they turn golden brown. When it becomes golden from both the
sides turn the flame off and serve with chips, bread slices and tomato
ketchup.
