Egg Biryani



 Recipe Ingredients

500 gm Rice
250 gm Yogurt
250 gm Clarified butter
2 Onions
4 Tomatoes
6 Aniseeds
12 Eggs
4-5 Green chilies
1/4 bunch Fresh coriander
1/4 bunch Mint
as required Hot spices
1 tbsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Yellow color
1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg, mace
2 tsp Kewra essence
1 tbsp Red chili powder
4 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
to taste Salt

Punjabi Yakhni Pulao




 Recipe Ingredients

500 gm Meat
400 gm Rice
1 Cinnamon
1 Big cardamom
1 Bay leaf
3 Cloves
3-4 Onions
4-5 Green chilies
1/2 cup Yogurt
1 tsp Crushed red chilies
1 tbsp Ginger crushed
1 tbsp Garlic crushed
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp Garam masala      

Kabuli Chana Pulao




 Recipe Ingredients

1 Cardamom
1 Bay leaf
2 Clove
2 Cinnamon stick
2 Whole black pepper
1/2 kg Basmati rice
100 gm Kabuli chana
1/4 tsp White cumin
2 tbsp Clarified butter
2 tbsp Onion Fried
to taste Salt

Vegetable Biryani!

Biryani! Doesn’t that word conjure feelings of joy and comfort? Here's a recipe of authentic Vegetable Biryani! 

Ingredients:
2 cups Basmati Rice 
1 cup Mixed Vegetables (cauliflower, potato, carrot, french beans)
150 gms Green Peas
3 Finely Sliced Onion
2 Finely Sliced Green Chillies 
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Cinnamon(dalchini), Caraway Seeds(zeera)
4 Cloves (laung)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
4 Tomato
1/2 cup Yogurt (curd)
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds  
3 tbsp Dry Fruits (cashew nuts, raisin)       
 

Chinese fried rice

Chinese meal is incomplete without fried rice. Here's a simple recipe that'll fill you up. 

Ingredients: 
400 gm Rice
100 gm Ghee or butter
65 gms onion
2 gms cinnamon
2 gms Bay leaf
1 gm peppercorns
6 gms Salt

Shahi Rangeen Biryani

Ingredients
Chicken ½ kg
Boiled Rice ½ kg
Yogurt 250 gm
Yellow color a pinch
Green color a pinch
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Potatoes 2
Onion 2
Green chilies 4
Star anise 4
Mix dry fruits 1 cup
Oil ½ cup
Dried plum 50 gm
Kewra 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
