Recipe Ingredients
6 – 8 Egg hard boiled
1 cup Tomato puree
2-3 Tomatoes
1/2 cup Tamarind paste
2 tbsp Crushed red chili
1tsp Cumin crushed roasted
6 – 8 Green chilies
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
4 – 5 tbsp Oil
to taste Salt
For garnish Chat masala
For garnish Fresh coriander
Recipe Method
Heat oil in a pan and fry the hard boiled eggs. Remove the eggs
and in the same pan add ginger garlic paste fry well. Add in the 2-3
chopped tomatoes,1 cup tomato puree,2tbsp crushed red chili, 1tsp
crushed black pepper, 6-8 green chilies and salt. Add in sufficient
amount of water and cook until the gravy thickens. Add in the fried eggs
and tamarind paste. Fry until the oil forms a separate layer on top.
Turn the flame off, garnish with chopped coriander and chat masala.
