Falooday Or Doodh Ka Sharbat







 Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 liter Milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup boiled siwaayan
  • 4 tbsp qarshi jame shireen
  • 4 tbsp chopped almonds
  • Ice as required
  • Cream for topping           
  •   

Recipe Method

  1. Heat the milk, add sugar in it. Boil till it thickens.
  2. Now take it off from the stove and cool down.
  3. In serving glasses, pour the milk and add 4 tbsp qarshi jam e shireen, corn flour siwwayan, chopped almonds and crushed ice in it.
  4. Top with cream and serve.
