- Heat olive oil in a heavy pan.
- Add celery,onions and carrots in it and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Keep stirring continously.
- When the vegetables tenderize,add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Now add minced meat and roast the mixture.
- After minced is roasted add beef stock, tomatoes, vinegar and sugar.
- Cook on the high flame till the mixture boils.
- Later, reduce the flame and cook for some time.
- Keep stirring in b/w from time to time.
- Then add salt ,red and black pepper.
- Boil bake parlor.
- Drain the spaghetti after boiling and take a serving dish,spread spaghetti first then pour mince mixture on top.
- Garnish and serve hot.
