French Bolognese Spaghetti with Sauce


1   INGREDIENTS 
*       Bake Parlor Spaghetti 1/2 packet
*       Olive Oil 2 tbsp
*       Onion 1
*       Carrot(chopped) 1
*       Celery(chopped) 1
*       Garlic(crushed) 2 cloves
*       Beef Mince 1 kg
*       Beef Stock 1 cup
*       Tomato Paste(chopped)
*       Tomatoes 396 gm
*       Vinegar 1 1/2 cup
*       sugar 1 tsp
*       salt,Red and Black Pepper as required

2   COOKING DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat olive oil in a heavy pan.
  2. Add celery,onions and carrots in it and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Keep stirring continously.
  4. When the vegetables tenderize,add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Now add minced meat and roast the mixture.
  6. After minced is roasted add beef stock, tomatoes, vinegar and sugar.
  7. Cook on the high flame till the mixture boils.
  8. Later, reduce the flame and cook for some time.
  9. Keep stirring in b/w from time to time.
  10. Then add salt ,red and black pepper.
  11. Boil bake parlor.
  12. Drain the spaghetti after boiling and take a serving dish,spread spaghetti first then pour mince mixture on top.
  13. Garnish and serve hot.
