Kachay Sarson K Tayl Ka Alo Gosht




 Recipe Ingredients

1/2 kg Mutton
1 cup Yogurt
1 cup Sarson ka tayl
1 bunch Sliced cilantro
2 Onions sliced
3 Sliced green chilies
4 Red chilies
1/2 kg Potato
1 tsp White vinegar
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Hot spices powder
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp Whole coriander
to taste Salt                      


Recipe Method

Boil some water with 1 tsp white vinegar. Then crush together 4 Kashmiri red chilies and 2 tbsp whole coriander. In a handi, add 1/2 kg mutton, 2 cups warm water, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, red chilies dip, 1 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste and 1cup kachay sarson ka tayl and allow cooking. When meat is tender, add 1 cup yogurt and 1/2 kg potatoes and saute. Then add 2 1/2 cup warm water. When oil forms a separate layer and potatoes are tender, add 1 tsp hot spices powder, 1 bunch sliced coriander and 3 sliced green chilies and 3 sliced green chilies and allow simmering for 10 minutes. Serve Kachay tayl ka Alo Gosht with naan.
