Recipe Ingredients
- Beef mince ½ kg
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Onion chopped 1
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
- Nutmeg mace powder ½ tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Boiled tomatoes 3
- Water ½ cup
- Yogurt 125 gm
- Boiled peas 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
Recipe Method
- Heat ¼ cup oil in a pan, add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and ½ kg mince. Fry well till water dries.
- Now add 1 chopped onion, 125 gm yogurt, 1 tsp whole cumin seeds, 1
tsp turmeric, ½ tsp cinnamon powder, ½ sp nutmeg mace powder, 1 tsp
allspice powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp
crushed red pepper, ¼ cup oil, 3 boiled chopped tomatoes, salt to taste,
1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves and ½ cup water.
- Cover and cook for 8 – 10 minutes.
- Now remove the lid, add 1 cup boiled peas, 2 tbsp coriander leaves and salt to taste.
- Fry well till water dries. Dish it out and serve.
