Tandori Charga
Recipe Ingredients
1 kg whole Chicken6 Plum
1 packet National Tandori Masala
1 tbsp White vinegar
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp Lemon juice
3 tbsp Yogurt
Recipe Method
Give cuts on 1 kg chicken, soak 6 plum in 1/4 cup water tillsoft, mash it up and use, in a bowl add 1 packet national Tandori Masala with 3
tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp vinegar,
mix well, marinate chicken in this for 2 hours, bake in a pre heated oven on
180 degree C for 40 minutes, bake 20 minutes on each side. Brush both the sides
with ghee before removing from the oven.
