Asian Special Roast Chicken


Ingredients


1 whole chicken with skin
250 grams yogurt
1 onion
...1 capsicum
1 carrot
1 small bottle gourd
¼ bunch coriander
3-4 green chilies
1 medium piece garlic
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp hot spices powder
2 tbsp red chili powder
2 tbsp tamarind paste
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4 tbsp oil
Aluminum foil as required
Soft cloth as required
Salt to taste 



Method
• Firstly, rinse 250 grams yogurt through soft cloth and take it out in a bowl.
• Then add 2 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp hot spices powder, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 4 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp tamarind paste and beat properly to form a paste.
• Then marinate 1 whole chicken with salt and also apply yogurt paste inside and outside of the chicken properly.
• Add 3-4 chopped green chilies, ¼ bunch chopped coriander, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped capsicum, 1 chopped carrot, 1 medium piece sliced garlic and 1 small chopped bottle gourd in left over yogurt paste and mix it well. Also add salt to taste.
• Fill all the vegetable mixture inside chicken and properly cover with aluminum foil.
• Place whole chicken in baking tray and roast it in pre heated 200c oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove the foil to check if chicken color has changed to golden brown. If not then completely remove the foil and roast it for 5 to 10 minutes more.
• When its color has changed, take it out. Delicious Asian Special Roast Chicken is ready to serve.
