Bread Halwa
Ingredients
6 slices of bread
250 grams dry milk
1/2 liter milk
1/2 cup sugar
50 grams finely chopped almonds and pistachio
2 tbsp semolina
2 tbsp kewra
4 tbsp oil                




Method
Firstly, separate 6 slices of bread corners and soak them in small quantity water. In a pan, stir semolina and add 4 tbsp oil in it. Include 1/2 liter milk and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Then crush soaked bread with the help of your hands and include in the pan. Also add 50 grams finely chopped almonds and pistachio and stir it on low flame. As it starts to get thick, add ½ cup sugar, 2 tbsp kewra and 125 grams dried milk in it. When everything is mixed properly, delicious Bread Halwa is ready to serve.
