Grilled beef with spicy dipping sauce. The steak is easily marinated, then barbequed over a hot grill. is traditionally sliced up thinly and served with dipping spicy sauce If you like beef, you'll love this dish.
Ingredients for marinated
- 8 oz round beef steak
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 Tsp. Sugar
Ingredients for dipping sauce
- 3 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Tammarind juice
- 1 tsp. cup lime juice
- 1 tsp.chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp. Chopped green onion
- 1 tsp. Chopped mint leaves
- 1 Tsp. ground roasted rice powder
- 1 Tsp. dries chili pepper
- 1/2 tsp. plum sugar
Cooking Method
- Rinse the beef thoroughly and dry with paper towel. Marinate the beef with sugar, oyster sauce fish sauce for about 15 minutes or longer
- Place the grill on stove over medium heat. Grill the marinated beef for about 15-20 minutes on both sides totally. Prick the beef with a fork to see if the beef was medium rare cooked, then take it out and let it sit on the plate for a few minutes before start to slice into the thin pieces.
Dipping sauce
- In the mixing bowl. add fish sauce,plam sugar,tammarind juice,ground roasted rice powder, dries chili pepper,lime juice ad mix well
- add chopped green onion,chopped coriander leaves,chopped mint leaves. mix well again
- Put the sliced beef into the place. serve with dipping spicy sauce and fresh vegtable. Enjoy
