Grilled Beef with Spicy Sauce







Grilled beef with spicy dipping sauce. The steak is easily marinated, then barbequed over a hot grill. is traditionally sliced up thinly and served with dipping spicy sauce If you like beef, you'll love this dish.

Ingredients for marinated
  • 8 oz round beef steak
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tsp. Sugar

Ingredients for dipping sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Tammarind juice
  • 1 tsp. cup lime juice
  • 1 tsp.chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp. Chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp. Chopped mint leaves
  • 1 Tsp. ground roasted rice powder
  • 1 Tsp. dries chili pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. plum sugar                


Cooking Method
  1. Rinse the beef thoroughly and dry with paper towel. Marinate the beef with sugar, oyster sauce fish sauce for about 15 minutes or longer
  2. Place the grill on stove over medium heat. Grill the marinated beef for about 15-20 minutes on both sides totally. Prick the beef with a fork to see if the beef was medium rare cooked, then take it out and let it sit on the plate for a few minutes before start to slice into the thin pieces.

Dipping sauce
  1. In the mixing bowl. add fish sauce,plam sugar,tammarind juice,ground roasted rice powder, dries chili pepper,lime juice ad mix well
  2. add chopped green onion,chopped coriander leaves,chopped mint leaves. mix well again
  3. Put the sliced beef into the place. serve with dipping spicy sauce and fresh vegtable. Enjoy
