Recipe Ingredients
- Chicken mince 250 gm
- Cucumber 1
- Whole red chili 4 to 5
- Green onion chopped 1 cup
- Green coriander chopped 1 cup
- Mint chopped 1 cup
- Cabbage chopped ½ cup
- Chinese salt 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Rice 2 to 3 tbsp
- Fish sauce 2 to 3 tbsp
- Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice 3 to 4 tbsp
Recipe Method
- First roast the red chilies and crush them.
- In a pan heat oil and add 1 tbsp garlic paste with 250 gm chicken mince to suate.
- Then add ½ cup water and leave to cook for 10 to 15 minutes to cook till water dries and chicken tender.
- In a bowl add chicken mince, crushed roasted red chilies, 2 to 3
tbsp fish sauce, 1 cup green onion, 1 cup green coriander, 1 cup mint, 1
tsp Chinese salt and 3 to 4 tbsp lemon juice to mix.
- Then add 2 to 3 tbsp roasted crushed rice to mix.
- Now place it in a salad platter and garnish with cabbage and cucumber to serve.
