Laap



 Recipe Ingredients

  • Chicken mince   250 gm
  • Cucumber 1
  • Whole red chili  4 to 5
  • Green onion chopped 1 cup
  • Green coriander chopped 1 cup
  • Mint chopped 1 cup
  • Cabbage chopped ½ cup
  • Chinese salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Rice 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Fish sauce 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 3 to 4 tbsp    

Recipe Method

  1. First roast the red chilies and crush them.
  2. In a pan heat oil and add 1 tbsp garlic paste with 250 gm chicken mince to suate.
  3. Then add ½ cup water and leave to cook for 10 to 15 minutes to cook till water dries and chicken tender.
  4. In a bowl add chicken mince, crushed roasted red chilies, 2 to 3 tbsp fish sauce, 1 cup green onion, 1 cup green coriander, 1 cup mint, 1 tsp Chinese salt and 3 to 4 tbsp lemon juice to mix.
  5. Then add 2 to 3 tbsp roasted crushed rice to mix.
  6. Now place it in a salad platter and garnish with cabbage and cucumber  to serve.
