Tamatar aur Imli ki Chutney




 

Ingredients:

Tomato 4

Tamarind pulp 1 cup

• Talhaar chili paste 2 tbsp

Sugar 1 tbsp

Salt ½ tsp

• Fried Cumin seeds 1 tbsp

• Red chili powder 2 tbsp

• Fried ground dry Coriander 1 tbsp

 reed more 





Method:
Add tomatoes in boiling water, remove skin and fine chop. Then add chopped tomatoes in a pan, add tamarind pulp, talhaar chili paste, sugar, salt, red chili powder, dry coriander and some water. Cook well until mixture turns into thick form. Let it cool down, and then blend well. Spicy and yummy chutney is ready.
