Unfried Dahi Baday
Recipe Ingredients
- Brown bread 4 slice
- Low fat yogurt 1 kg
- Cumin 1 tsp roasted grinded
- Chili powder ½ tsp
- Fresh Coriander 1 tbsp
- Black salt ½ tsp
- Salt ¾ tsp
Ingredient for chutni:
- Khatai powder 1 tbsp
- Brown sugar 3 tbsp
- Chili powder ½ tsp
- Roasted cumin powder ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- All spice powder ¼ tsp
Recipe Method
- Whipped yogurt mix all spices and fresh coriander
- Cuts sides for bread and arrange in a shallow dish pour the yogurt mixture on top to cover completely
- Sprinkle with chili powder, roasted cumin powder, spread with prepared chutni, and garnish with coriander leaves. serve cold
