Vegetable Cheese Cutlets



 Recipe Ingredients

  • Cottage Cheese (grated) 100 gm
  • Cabbage (grated) 100 gm
    Potatoes (Boiled and mashed) 2-3
  • Green chilies   2-3
  • Onions (chopped) 2
  • Eggs 2-3
  • Gram flour 4 tbsp
  • Green coriander (chopped) ½ bunch
  • Salad leaves 2-3
  • Tomatoes 2-3
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste        

Recipe Method

  1. Take 100 gm grated cottage cheese, 100 gm grated cabbage, 2-3 boiled and mashed potatoes, 2-3 green chilies, 2 chopped onions, 4tbsp gram flour, ½ bunch green coriander and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Make cutlets out of it. Beat 2-3 eggs. Take 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan, dip in egg and fry them till golden brown.
  3. Put them in a serving platter. Garnish them with salad leaves and tomatoes and serve.
