Vegetable Cheese Cutlets
Recipe Ingredients
- Cottage Cheese (grated) 100 gm
- Cabbage (grated) 100 gm
Potatoes (Boiled and mashed) 2-3
- Green chilies 2-3
- Onions (chopped) 2
- Eggs 2-3
- Gram flour 4 tbsp
- Green coriander (chopped) ½ bunch
- Salad leaves 2-3
- Tomatoes 2-3
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Recipe Method
- Take 100 gm grated cottage cheese, 100 gm grated cabbage, 2-3 boiled
and mashed potatoes, 2-3 green chilies, 2 chopped onions, 4tbsp gram
flour, ½ bunch green coriander and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Make cutlets out of it. Beat 2-3 eggs. Take 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan, dip in egg and fry them till golden brown.
- Put them in a serving platter. Garnish them with salad leaves and tomatoes and serve.
