Chicken Aalo Khameeri Naan



 Recipe Ingredients

4 Cups Flour
1 Egg
2 Potato (boiled & mashed)
3 Chicken breast
1/2 Cup Oil
1 tsp Green chilies ground
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp heaped Milk powder
2 tbsp Caster sugar
1 ½ tbsp Instant Yeast
as required Luke warm water
Chicken Filling
3 Chicken breast finely chopped
2 tbsp Oil.
1/2 tsp Salt.
1 tsp Crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Black pepper crushed
1/2 tsp All spice
1 blended Tomato
2 tbsp Onion. Chopped
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste  

Recipe Method  

Cut 3 chicken breasts into cubes and cook like roasted mince.
Keep aside. In a bowl add 4 cups flour, 1 1/2 tbsp yeast, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp
sugar, 1 tsp ground green chilies, in another bowl, mix 1/2 cup oil, 2 tbsp
milk, 1 egg, 1/2 cup water together and add this to the flour mixture, knead
well into a soft dough, leave dough to rise for 1 hour, boil and mash 2
potatoes, add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chat Masala, 1 tbsp coriander leaves and 2
chopped green chilies, mix it with cooked chicken mixture, divide the risen
dough mixture into four, roll out into dinner plate size roti, place filling on
one portion, moisten edges with water and cover with another roti, then place
on a greased baking tray, bake in a pre hated oven of 200 degrees  for 20 minutes.
For Chicken Filling:
Heat
2 tbsp oil, add 2 tbsp chopped onion , fry till light golden, add 1 tsp ginger
garlic paste, with 3 chopped chicken
breast cubes, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp crushed red and 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/4
tsp turmeric and 1 blended tomato, cover and cook till dry, add 1/2 tsp all spice
and remove
