Malai Qulfi Falooda
Recipe Ingredients
- 1 liter Milk
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 packet Tetra pack cream
- 200 gm Khoya
- 2 large Bread slices
- 1 tsp Kewra water
For Falooda
- 1 Cup Corn flour
- 2 1/2 Cup Water
- Few Drop Yellow color
- 1 Tsp Kewra water.
- 1 tbsp Almonds and pistachio sliced
Recipe Method
For Falooda
- Mix together 1 cup corn flour, 2 1/2 cup water, few drops Yellow
color and 1 tsp Kewra water in a pan, cook stirring till thick
and glossy,
- Remove and pour in a falooda mold,
- Keep over a pan on chilled water, press the mold hard you will get falooda strips, use to serve with Qulfi.
For Qulfi
- Cook 1 liter milk till reduced a bit, add 1 cup sugar, continue cooking over low flame till mixture reduce to half,
- Add in 2 bread slices and cook for another 5 minutes, remove from fire,
- Add 200gm khoya and 1 tsp kewra water, cool mixture, then put in a blender and blend well,
- Add 1 tbsp sliced almonds and pistachio, put in Qulfi molds chill till firm.
