Malai Qulfi Falooda


 Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 liter Milk
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 packet Tetra pack cream
  • 200 gm Khoya
  • 2 large Bread slices
  • 1 tsp Kewra water
For Falooda
  • 1 Cup Corn flour
  • 2 1/2 Cup Water
  • Few Drop Yellow color
  • 1 Tsp Kewra water.
  • 1 tbsp Almonds and pistachio sliced     

Recipe Method

For Falooda
  • Mix together 1 cup corn flour, 2 1/2 cup water, few drops Yellow color and 1 tsp Kewra water in a pan, cook stirring till thick and glossy,
  • Remove and pour in a falooda mold,
  • Keep over a pan on chilled water, press the mold hard you will get falooda strips, use to serve with Qulfi.
For Qulfi
  1. Cook 1 liter milk till reduced a bit, add 1 cup sugar, continue cooking over low flame till mixture reduce to half,
  2. Add in 2 bread slices and cook for another 5 minutes, remove from fire,
  3. Add 200gm khoya and 1 tsp kewra water, cool mixture, then put in a blender and blend well,
  4. Add 1 tbsp sliced almonds and pistachio, put in Qulfi molds chill till firm.
