Sheer Khurma
Recipe Ingredients
1 Liter Milk
1/2 cup National Vermicelli
1 tbsp Ghee
3 White cardamom
4 sliced Dry dates
3 tbsp Pistachio sliced
3 tbsp Almonds sliced
1/2 tsp Saffron
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tbsp Khoya
Recipe Method
Heat 1 tbsp ghee add 3 white cardamom with 1/2 cup National
vermicelli and brown then add 1 kg milk with 4 sliced dry dates, cook
for 5 minutes till dates soft add 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tbsp khoya, 3 tbsp
almonds, 3 tbsp pistachios, 1/2 tsp saffron cook for 5 minutes, serve
hot or cold.
