Trager Drink



 Recipe Ingredients

Cooked Bulgur              1/4cup
Bananas                        2
Pineapple juice             1 cup
Milk                               1 glass
Pineapple rings             2 slices
Tinned apricots            2-3
Honey                           3tbsp
Yogurt                           3-4tbsp
Ice                                 as required      

Recipe Method

Heat 1 glass of milk in a saucepan and add the bulgur. Cook for a few minutes
Allow the mixture to cool then blend in a blender. Make sure that the bulgur is well mixed.
Add 2 slices of pineapples, 2-3 apricots and 2 bananas and blend again.
When a smooth mixture is formed add 3-4 tbsps of yogurt, 3tbsp honey, 1  cup pineapple juice and crushed ice. Blend for a few minutes and serve.
